How to extend a skoobie thread

If the Scoubidou has broken or you need more length for you work, you can solve this problem simply. Cut a new skoobie slanting, put a drop of glue on the slanting side and put it in the end of the one that's too short. Let it dry for some seconds.

To add a skoobie

To create thickening, such as a snake head, you have to add a thread.
At the moment you want to add the skoobie, wait with pulling the knot.
Take the new wire and join it in the middle of the knot underneath both nooses and pull the knot.

A wire to reduce skoobies

If you want reduce the number of scoubidou you have to do the following.
At the moment you want to reduce the number of skoobies, put a drop glue on the end of the knot. Then continue with the desired skoobies, leave the others aside. After a couple of knots, you can cut the undesired threads(s).

To join scoubidou

If you wants to join two pieces of work, like two legs into a body you can use the following technique:
Hold the two works next to each other between the thumb and the index finger.
Then take the upper most left scoubiedou and put across both works, do the same with the upper most right thread. Yet you have made two arches, braid the other threads through the arches. Pull the knot and continue using the round technique.
